Newbody’s offers several package options to suit your needs:
Once a week fitness package:
This package is recommended for clients who have been through one of the multiple session per week packages and wish to split their exercise between Newbody’s and a home or members gym. It consists of one session a week for one calendar month and is designed around your fitness goals. Sessions may consist of both weight training and cardiovascular training, depending on your goals. $175
Twice a week fitness package:
This package is recommended for beginners and will be satisfactory for moderate to advanced experience levels. It consists of two, forty-five minute to one hour training sessions per week for one calendar month and is designed around your fitness goals. Sessions may consist of both weight training and cardiovascular training, depending on your goals. $315
Three times a week fitness package:
This package is recommended for moderate to advanced experience levels. It consists of three, forty-five minute to one hour training sessions per week for one calendar month and is designed around your fitness goals. Sessions may consist of both weight training and cardiovascular training, depending on your goals. $435
Single Sessions:
Single sessions are available for people who’s lives don’t afford them the ability to commit to monthly packages, or for folks who are interested in a review or revamp of their current program. Single sessions are available at Newbody’s for $50 an hour, or in your own home or gym for $100 an hour.
