My name is Eric Hine. I’m an ACE Certified Master Trainer with over 30,000 hours of hands on personal training experience. I’ve been involved in exercise personally for over 30 years, and professionally for over 20 years. I’m not someone who took up exercise casually and decided to make a living at it. I’ve spent my entire adult life living the lifestyle I preach. In that time, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching hundreds of people how to exercise safely and effectively, eat right, improve or over come injuries of all kinds, and achieve their fitness goals. At Newbody’s, I employ safe, non impact, resistance training exercises to strengthen and tone calorie burning muscle tissue, burn fat, increase bone density, improve core strength, and enhance flexibility. While there are always trends in fitness, weight training is the foundation of all programming, and when properly taught and implemented, is still the king of all exercise. We don’t jump on boxes or flip tires here, or perform other activities with a high risk to reward ratio. Because I work one-on-one with you, you will get my undivided attention, ensuring a safe and effective experience.
